The cornerstone of the MIGUEL VERGARA group, consisting of qualified professionals who specialize in livestock production, whose objetive is the development of consistent lines of calves of different breeds, gender, specifications and fatness, ensuring complete adaptation to the demands of our costumers. Its consolidation has led us to have an in-house production capacity of 30.000 heads per year, distributed in Valladolid and surrounding provinces. 

We know tan only by using high quality raw materials and distinguishing features, we can develop meat with a special and unique character. The selection of animals and their welfare up until slaughter directly influence the tenderness, juiceness and flavour properties of beef. To achieve this, we provide all our available knowledge and experience to our costumers, accompanying them towards their goals. 

Our on-farm production systems seek to achieve the highest standards set by European  production models based on the quality of the livestock and the products in order to obtain healthy and safe food, produced on enviroment-friendly farms and looking after the welfare of the animals. This from the outset allows us to obtain meat of exceptional quality, leading us to certify these distinctive features of our meat ranges. Miguel Vergara S.L., holds a certificate for Mandatory Labelling of beef, certified by an accredited independent entity under the EN 45011 standard and approved by the ITACyL for the use of the brand LAND OF TASTE.
