Controls 
Our products´ final quality is based on a thorough control of all processes, from a careful control of our calves on farms, through the reception of carcasses in the processing plants, to the distribution of  our wide variety final products. 

We have implemented a strict system Food Security, based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), along with compliance with the rules contained in our internal guides of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHPs). This quality management enable us to assure a consistent high-quality and safe final products, and to ensure the satisfaction of costumers requirements.

We have an Animal production area, composed by specialist in animal health and nutricion, who work together with our veterinarians, to define patterns and establish sanitary conditions, from the rigorous selection of animals at home, through their feeding and maintenance until slaugther. All that care just with the main purpose of obtaining exceptional quality raw materials.
Reception controls
Click to enlarge We conducted a systematic control (Tª, pH, hygienic conditions, suitability for implementing legislation .... ) of all raw materials and/or products which are in cutting plant, we ensure the exclusive use of products in keeping with some very stringent technical specifications, so that this quality in entries will be forwarded to all the products that we sell.
Guaranteed Traceability
Click to enlarge We have a complete computer system, whose records , allow us to drag the data of the calves, keeping the traceability in each phase of transformation that takes place, from the entrance of the animals in our farms, until the final labelling and the delivery of the various products marketed.
Processed Hygienic
Click to enlarge Our facilities have been designed to facilitate hygienic processed food. The processes of development have been carefully studied to achieve the best features in the product and to prevent any type of contamination. The installations, equipment and clothing of the staff ... All focused on getting the best features hygienic-sanitary and technological to any of the products that we sell.
Metal Control
Click to enlarge We conducted a systematic control of absence of metals in our final products, with the aim of avoiding inadequacies that could reach out to our customers.

Control on Distribution
Click to enlarge The transport of beef products to retail outlets, processing plants and supermarkets, is carried out to ensure the maintenance of the cold chain, stringent hygienic conditions and accurate documentation. 

We have a great fleet of trucks, properly conditioned, so that the product reaches our customers totally maintaining their exceptional qualities.
