Our products´ final quality is based on a thorough control of all processes, from a careful control of our calves on farms, through the reception of carcasses in the processing plants, to the distribution of  our wide variety final products. 

We have implemented a strict system Food Security, based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), along with compliance with the rules contained in our internal guides of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHPs). This quality management enable us to assure a consistent high-quality and safe final products, and to ensure the satisfaction of costumers requirements.
