Our histoy, dating back to the 90´s has taught us that only the use of the best raw materials makes it possible to develop high quality meat with unique and extraordinary sensory characteristics.

Our professional team, integrated by veterinarians and nutricionists, selects the best animals from our country and the rest of Europe. These are raised together with those born in our farms in order to obtain a homogeneus, high quality product that fulfils the neeeds and preferences of our customers.

This has led us to spread of farms throughout the Spanish geography, to tis centralisation in Castilla y León as a way to reduce the transport and, therefore, provide a greater welfare for our animals. Since 2012 we have concentrated part of aour production in a farm in Vidanes, which is located in the vicinity of the town of Cistierna, León. The farm is surrounded by a natural enviroment at the footsteps of the mountains of León.

With 80.000 square meters and a capacity for 14.000 heads of cattle in the fattening process, it is one of the MOST IMPORTANT and MODERN facilities throughout Europe for calf rearing.
